We employed Tracey’s services to sell our investment property of ten years, after us never seeing the house for over 10 years and poor property management from another agency the property was not in good condition. Tracey gave us her honest opinion of the property and what we needed to do to get top dollar, with regular feedback from home opens and insights into the property market, even right up to settlement Tracey helped us fix issues that could have potentially delayed settlement, organising electricians and locksmiths even purchasing a remote for the aircon, which took a lot of pressure off us as we live 700 km from Perth and the whole sale process was done via phone calls and email.
