Tracy was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking and responsive as our real estate agent for selling our house at Epping. Her professionalism, expertise and excellent communication skills as well as customer-centralised services to make her a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to buy or sell a home. It is not surprising that she has been won the Best Agency of the Year 2021 -- Suburb Winner at Eastwood, Epping and Marsfield. Absolutely deserved! We are so thankful for her hard work and recommend her! Tracy’s the best!

Daisy doesn't mince or waste words, but she gets the job done, and all of her advice to us during the selling process was spot on. Almost 100 inspections, and our house sold for well above the reserve price, in just 18 days, made the selling experience as stress-free as it could possibly have been.

Joy's thorough knowledge for the local market is top notch. She provided regular feedback in a timely manner, did not hesitate to assist whenever we needed and was always friendly. Her professionalism and hardworking attitude has contributed to our house being sold during COVID lockdown. I highly recommend Joy if you want a good agent and are selling in Carlingford and surrounding area.

My husband and I commissioned Joy and Stanley to sell our investment property at Carlingford. Throughout the whole process from initial consultation, advertising, open homes(during COVID) and finally auction, Joy was highly professional, communicative and hard working. The initial ground work was extremely impressive with the statistics and prior successful sales. We didn’t need to consult any other real estate agents as our confidence for a successful sale was granted. Throughout the 4 week open home schedule, Joy communicated each week on interested parties and the expected interest our home was generating. We were never left wondering how the progress was going. Days prior to the auction, when we set a reserve, Joy assisted us with the process and again had up-to-date data illustrating what price would be expected at auction. On the day of the auction, our property sold for the expected value that Joy predicted at the onset. The entire process was smooth and stress free. We would highly recommend Joy and her company to anyone who wishes to obtain the best price for their homes. Thank you Joy for all your hard work in selling our home. Regards, Denice and Maroun Moussa

We had listed our beautiful house in Carlingford with a real estate company who failed to sell it like they promised. Once they signed us up, their lousy attitude and system failed us miserably. It was very stressful and tiring getting the house ready for opens and going through a disastrous Auction which failed to reach anywhere near a prior agent’s off-market offer. Joy of Tracy Yap Realty promised to get the best price possible and sold our home for $300,000 more than this agent’s failed attempt. Joy was very precise on how the house had to be marketed. COVID came and market was locked down after the first open house. Despite Covid, Joy had a good awareness of the features of our home and personally showed our home to every prospective buyer by appointment. Every week she provided us feedback and updates on sales progress. Joy was always available for us, made us feel comfortable and answered all our concerns - her personal ownership and tireless commitment throughout the whole journey was clearly evident in the price we got. Our decision not to be pressured by the previous agent to sell $300,000 lower but list our home with Joy was vindicated. Could not have done this without you Joy- Bless you and thank You.
