We had listed our beautiful house in Carlingford with a real estate company who failed to sell it like they promised. Once they signed us up, their lousy attitude and system failed us miserably. It was very stressful and tiring getting the house ready for opens and going through a disastrous Auction which failed to reach anywhere near a prior agent’s off-market offer. COVID came and market was locked down after the first open house.
