One month later on 16/8/21 she reports some buyer come to view property, any one buyer look interest with bid good price and next day, Joy come to me point ask if happy buyer offer $970,000,- please signed exchanged contract ,then I answer agree and happy to signed . for her great achieved ,much appreciated ,congratulation and thank you Joy Hsieh
