Personal touch with deep market knowledge and negotiation skills

We are going through a house downsizing process involving both selling our own home and buying a new house. It is one big moving step - such minefields as initially anticipated. After all it is a Joy-full ride - thanks to Joy! Joy H is engaged for the whole journey, always helpful. On selling from house sprucing-up, staging to price negotiating ...and whatnot, Joy is a trouble shooter, always working (over weekends and holidays), effective networking. On buying Joy is efficient, skilful in narrowing gaps between buyer and vendor.
