Best Agent we have dealt with over many years

We selected Tracy because of her experience, reputation and track record in the area over many years. We think it is crucial to be able to trust an agent when selling your property and we have sold many properties and often had poor experiences with other agents in the past. Everything stacked up with Tracy from our initial meeting and all the way through the sales process. We do our homework and we could not catch Tracy out once! She is across what is going on and was able to answer all of our questions. The market turned on us during the sales process and this is where an experienced agent really is important. Tracy was able to sum up the situation and adapt accordingly and the result we obtained we are confident was the best possible result that could have been hoped for in the current market.
