I am writing this letter to provide a strong recommendation for Lawrence Liang of Tracey Yap Realty as a real estate agent. We met with several real estate agents in the process of selling our apartment, and were impressed with Lawrence’s knowledge, dedication and communication skills. Outside of his impressive track record and multilingual skills, he was able to provide us with specific feedback on how to best prepare our property for sale, demonstrating his clear understanding of the market. We were also impressed with his attention to detail when it came to queries made by the purchasers regarding changes to the contract. He was able to negotiate a favourable outcome for us without much back and forth. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend Lawrence as a real estate agent.
