Great experience with Zac

When we first purchased the place, the selling agent praised the house at 700 to 750 per week in rent. However, after meeting Zac from Tracy Roberts (via referral), he advised me that I could get anywhere between 800 to 820 per week. I was sceptical at first until Zac took me through his plan and strategy which made perfect sense. Zac is a professional and friendly agent. He cares about you as a client and is willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. He worked with me on the property and was not pressuring at all. If anything, I should apologise for being a headache! But Zac displayed great qualities and got the result he promised with the rent. Good tenant. Good rent. Happy landlord.
