5/5 – Exceptional Service from Angelo - from Start to Finish - Angelo, you are a rock star !!!

To everyone reading this review - I have deliberately gone to great lengths to describe in detail the exceptional service and commitment received from Angelo Kondos. Working with Angelo was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, not only in real estate, but in any business venture. I had multiple properties to sell, and what I thought would be a stressful and complicated process turned into an incredibly smooth and successful experience — all thanks to Angelo's expertise, experience, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. From our first conversation, Angelo impressed me with their deep knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and proactive communication. They developed a smart, strategic plan for each property, tailored to maximize its unique value. What really stood out was Angelo's tireless work ethic. Angelo went above and beyond in every aspect, personally overseeing all property preparations, pricing recommendations, marketing, staging, showings, coordinating with potential buyers, and negotiating offers with sharp insight and care. Each property sold quickly and for top dollar! Preparing the properties was "messy" (for many reasons), involved many time consuming tasks with messy complicated legal considerations and negotiations. Angelo managed and resolved all these tasks and issues with minimal involvement from myself, saving me much stress and a huge amount of time (... Thank You again Angelo !!!). Beyond the results (which were phenomenal), Angelo brought a level of warmth, integrity, and genuine care that made the whole process feel collaborative and positive. Angelo kept me informed and confident every step of the way. If you are looking for someone who not only gets the job done, but does so with excellence, transparency, and heart, look no further.
