Nicola, is confident & knows the Benowa market exceptionally well. We had the property on the market previously with a different agent & after 90 days moved to Tribe & Nicola. Nicola had it Sold in 2 weeks & the price was as promised. Nicola also arranged & paid a painter herself to patch up and re-paint some minor repairs so the incoming owner received a perfect product.
