Michael provided sound advice on the marketing and photos which would sell the unit, was extremely detailed and in frequent contact throughout. At all times he provided transparent and open communications which in a difficult COVID environment was greatly appreciated. Having sold another property over the same period I can attest that Michael's communication, inspection reporting and overall service was far greater than the comparable agents.
