His knowledge of the market was exceptional! and his work ethic super!

His knowledge of the market was exceptional! and his work ethic super! and made sure everything was right with the sale contracts and settlement dates. He found a buyer in a sluggish market and the first offer was to low so he said hold and we got a second buyer after Christmas that uped the last offer by $30K and that was the best we could get so we sold. His attention to detail on subject to's on the contract were exceptional and his efforts on the renters side giving enough notice for vacant possession was spot on. From my experience he is in the top 1% for constant communication on the progress and buyers for the property.
