A note about Andrew Pearce

As that ancient TV ad used to say, 'When you're on a good thing, stick to it'. This is the second time Andrew has sold a house for us. And like the first time, he didn't let us down. Throughout he remained optimistic and attentive and patient. We didn't have to call him about the state of play; he always called first. Nothing was too hard or too complicated. He was cool and calm and never lost his wonderful sense of humour. Selling a house is never easy, but Andrew made it feel as if it was. What more could you want?
