Ok agency only rating it that cause no one is perfect!!

Just wish the agency wouldn’t put the blame on me when it is a general wear and tear (things as a tenant I can’t help) and when I address the issue fix it …. before it becomes an real issue… it doesn’t get put aside until it it a big problem!!! I consider my partner and myself great tenants I don’t like getting complains towards us that are not our fault and we cannot fix!
