Karl and his team were great to work with.

Karl and his team were great to deal with. I work irregular hours so I had a family member inspect the property but as it was likely I would make a serious offer they arranged for an additional inspection so I could personally see it. There was also a specific question for the owner regarding some history of the property and they had the information back to me in a few hours. I made a last minute offer before it went back to inspection and the paperwork and documentation was quick and clear with any questions I had answered promptly. While the owners did end up deciding to go back to inspection, Karl was clear on expected timelines regarding when any other offers would be presented to his client and when the owner were expected to make their decision. They were also very easy to deal with post-contract. They helped to facilitate the building/pest inspection and recommended a conveyancer that was similarly easy to deal with. As a first time buyer my experience with Karl and Andria was great and interactions with them felt genuine and friendly. I’d recommend working with them for both buyers and sellers and would be happy to list the place with them if I end up putting it on the market in the distant future.
