I contacted Giles after reading the many positive reviews about him online, and I'm glad I did. From our very first conversation, Giles didn't miss a beat. Working abroad at the time, I needed someone I could trust to take control of the sale process, and that's exactly what he did. He coordinated repairs I wasn't even aware were needed, organised cleaning and landscaping, and presented the property in a way I had never seen before. The transformation was exceptional. Throughout the entire process, Giles kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was outstanding, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and believe me, he took on way more than is expected of an agent. Thanks to his hard work, experience, and attention to detail, we ultimately sold the property above the asking price. I can't thank Giles and his team enough for everything they did. The level of service, professionalism, and genuine care they provided is becoming increasingly rare these days. If only all real estate agents operated like this. Good old-fashioned FNQ hospitality and customer service at its very best.
