Trust the one who know the local market the most

When we decided to sell in November, the market environment was far from ideal. The Reserve Bank of Australia did not deliver the rate cut many had expected, and instead there were growing discussions about potential further tightening. Buyer confidence softened noticeably. On top of that, many people had already mentally shifted into Christmas mode, making the market feel unusually quiet. During the first few weeks, inspection numbers were very limited.
