Centrally located, The Manors is in the heart of St Lucia and at the entrance to the University of Queensland St Lucia campus. The property is also within close proximity to public transport that can take you to local shops and entertainment venues in the surrounding suburbs.
Facilities & Common Areas, The Manors is equipped with an in-ground pool and BBQ facility allowing for great, fun weekends and a place to relax. All of the apartments have their own car parking space and there are bike racks in the car park also. Building access is only granted through swipe cards and there is an intercom at the entrance of the property for visitors to use. The property also has 24 hour onsite staff to ensure residents always have someone close by should they need assistance.
