A breath of fresh air

I recently moved my investment property over to United and have been dealing with Nikolina, and honestly it has been such a refreshing experience. From the very beginning, the level of communication, knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to genuinely help has been outstanding. Even before officially taking over management, Nikolina guided me through a difficult situation involving my previous real estate agency and provided support and advice that I genuinely felt was lacking elsewhere. What has stood out most is that I truly feel supported and feel like they are on my side as a landlord. They secured a tenant for my property very quickly, have provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process, and consistently go above and beyond to help ensure things are handled efficiently and cost effectively. Although my experience with them is still relatively new, my initial interactions have been exceptional. Communication has been A1, responses are proactive, and I finally feel like my property is being managed by a competent and trustworthy team without needing to constantly chase or direct things myself. A big thank you to Nikolina specifically, who has been incredible throughout this process and represents the business so well. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend United to anyone looking for a property management team that genuinely cares and delivers a high level of service.
