The United Agency Property Group has done a fantastic job of seamlessly setting up and managing our property. They found great tenants, ensured everything was organised from the start, and have made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication has been excellent throughout, and the staff are approachable, friendly, and down-to-earth. Carmel Nesci has been wonderful to deal with—she explains everything thoroughly, responds incredibly quickly, and always keeps us informed. Joe and Melissa Mazzaferro have also been a pleasure to work with. They are always friendly, happy to have a chat, and genuinely care about providing outstanding customer service.
