Agent that makes the selling process easy, listens to the clients input and delivers to expectations

The agent listened to our story about the historical family ties of our grandparents to the Sawtell community who owned the Cinema and multiple shops in the Main Street. The agent understood the importance of this sale to the family and the house was marketed perfectly with a wonderful historical story in the local papers of the family and the house. From our first discussions over the phone and then meeting with the agent in person a great repoire was built between the family members and the agent and his wonderful team members. The agent listened to our thoughts on both selling vs auctioning the house and his advice was to auction it, this proved to be the best strategy and resulted in a sale. We were provided with weekly up-to date reports on the open houses, online key data showing statistics on the level of interest on the house. On a personal level the interaction between the agent and 4 of our family members including myself was amazing, he got to know a lot of historical facts from talking to us and was able to articulate this in the local papers full page spread. This really worked and drummed up a lot of interest in the Sawtell community on people wanting to see the house as it is very unique, the agent captured the essence of the place and used that as a large selling point. The agent listened, took in a lot of the historical facts and used that as a great way of getting people interested. The auction was not easy but the agent was able to secure a price that both the seller and buyer was happy with.
