brilliant from start to finish Simon knows exactly what his doing and you very quickly trust him

Simon made this whole experience seamless I met Simon quite by accident looking at a property he was selling turned out it was perfect for us but I had a home to sell !!!!! From that point on there was nothing he wasn’t willing to do to support us being able to get our dream home in truth I initially was so impressed with his professionalism his knowledge of the market I just thought the best thing that came out of looking at the house was meeting Simon I knew I’d met someone authentic no bull but so confident in his ability with good reason!!!!!! He said he’d sell my house after the first inspection and he did and we got the house we really wanted and there was nothing Simon wouldn’t do to support us so genuine as a human so very kind and HONEST!!!!! Given buying and selling is notoriously stressful Simon was what made the difference !!! So very grateful !!!!
