Don't procrastinate, it's a no brainer. James is awesome and he didn't pay me for this review! :)

James had worked in our area for many years. He knows the local market. He is willing to guide and listen to your needs. He did not over quote a price to get the listing to only 'manage' your expectations when you don't get the right price. James sold our home during the worst part of lock down where only private inspections were allowed. He had the energy to arrange over 50 appointments and was very flexible with his time during and after hours. We left our property for him to manage whilst we were interstate. He is also an auctioneer and auctioned our property achieving a price well over our reserve. Upside was recommended to us by friends after the sale of their property. We were hesitant to sign with Upside initially as we couldn't work out why we would be able to sell our home and save over $20,000 in agents fees. Marketing is cheap compared to other providers. We were still listed on all of the important sites. We had a video made. We didn't like part of it. It was altered, no questions asked. What were we missing??? Nothing. Upside have a fully automated product that helps with signing of contracts, tracking buyers and offers etc. It is an end to end service that is easy to use particularly if you are interstate! I have recommended Upside to my family and would not hesitate recommending James to anyone. Thanks so much for all of your hard work during lockdown.
