A very pleasant person who worked hard for us in the current climate.

Michael exhibited professionalism in a difficult market. He communicated regularly with us; our only disappointment was that we had asked that the price not be disclosed, yet it appeared in the Sunday Herald Sun. Nobody from Upside can tell us how that happened, and we would like an answer which we are yet to receive, despite a conversation with the managing director.
