Laid back approach but incredibly hard working

I would like to thank Jade for pulling off what at first seemed to be an 'impossible' situation for the sale of my home in Calista. One thing that struck me about Jade is that nothing was a problem for her: no attitude problem or resistance, no 'talking over' or interrupting me when communicating what I wanted and how I would like things: just happy to hear me out. She has a laid back, relaxed attitude but this is not to be confused with being lazy. She is incredibly hard working and I would descibe her as a 'quiet achiever'. Jade is doing lots of things in the background to help with the sale of the house that she may not be telling an owner about, but the results speak for themselves. Jade also has a nice balance of communicating well, is very succint, but does not overburden an owner with nitty gritty details that might stress them out. Jade knows the areas very well, knows the demographic and is very good with wording on contracts, according to owners desires. Jade is a people person, without the cringe tryhard friendliness of many sales agents. In other words, she is not over the top, but she is genuine and I prefer that any day over other agents I've encountered over the years. I would not hesistate to use Jade's services again in the future and would feel more than comfortable purchasing another property that she is managing as I know she will do the right thing by the seller and buyer. Thank you once again Jade, I am forever grateful for what we've been able to achieve.
