This is the second property Sally has sold for us, the firs one sold for more than my asking price and the second achieved my asking price. I'm very pleased with Sally's sales lady "Kamal" organising maintenance and thinking outside the square to achieve a professional outcome. I have found Sally's team to be very motivated and in tune with the market and not lip service that I note the large real-estate give simply to list my property/s. I have another property coming available in a couple of weeks and will engage them again to sell for me. I strongly recommend consideration of this agency as Sally and her team have demonstrated to me that they understand the market and are proactive and very motivated, I haven't seen this before with other agents.
