Achieved a great result. I aggressively priced my property knowing that the sale price had previously not been achieved at The Parc, Kellyville.....so Jesse was taking on a tall order. Within 1 week of listing, he held a viewing with approximately 20 potential buyers, identified a serious buyer and accepted their offer. The offer was initially lower however, Jesse held firm and the buyer agreed to the listed price. Post offer, the sale process was complex and Jesse went out of his way to ensure that I was kept abreast of all specifics and re-assured myself and the buyer the complexities of the sale could be achieved.
