Experienced and very professional

Andrew was recommended to me by a friend after I tried using Ray White initially to sell my property. Given the current market conditions selling a property like mine was not the easiest however Andrew stayed positive and professional throughout the entire process. Whilst I did not sell the property for what I originally wanted, Andrew ensured that I got the most that I could from the sale negotiating with the buyer on my behalf. Positives include: Constant communication with me during the entire process, providing me with an update as often as he could and keeping me in the loop. A strong understanding of the market and is passionate about what he does. Remaining positive yet realistic, ensuring that offers he put forward to me were reasonable and explaining why he believed that to be the case. He genuinely cares about his clients making the process of selling your home a lot easier especially since it can be a rather daunting and difficult thing to do. Overall I was impressed with his honesty and commitment to selling my property because he really did care which is hard to find in an agent these days. It is because of this that I would highly recommend Andrew to any of my friends, or to anyone in general.
