This was the first time we were selling our property and were nervous about the whole process and not knowing what to expect. We are pleased to say that we had a wonderful experience dealing with Sephen and Jess from Australian Real Estate, in the sale of our house. Stephen and Jess were so friendly and helpful that at no point we felt that we are dealing with an agent. Stephen is highly experienced in this field and has a very good knowledge of the local area and the available amenities/facilities in the area, which helped us a lot in achieving the expected outcome. The service was absolutely professional and thorough. The communication was top class. We never had to ask or wait for any updates. Even in these difficult times of COVID 19, the private inspections were very meticulously organised without causing much of an inconvenience to us or the viewers, and even under these circumstances we had about 25 intersted parties come through within a matter of weeks. We are very happy with the price and the timeframe within which our house was sold. With out any doubt we would recommend Stephen any time, if you are looking to sell your property.
