Yes 11 out of ten - Steve Brodie is better than 100% Our property had been on the market for over 3 months with another agent - numerous open homes ( poorly attended ) - but no serious offers. Steve took over and had it sold within a few days of his first open home If that's not worth at least 11 out of 10 then what is ? Steve's advice on improved presentation, with some basic furniture and paintings, gave the property a real lift, together with a high quality handout brochure His local knowledge was certainly a big feature, but I have no doubt that his most important asset was Determination. With determination, almost anything is possible. Maybe 11 out of 10 is not high enough
