I cannot say just how much I appreciated the professionalism and care I received when dealing with the Valley Estate team on a change in tenancy with my property. The advice I received on updates and timings were fantastic. Nicole Ansell was great with her advice on these updates and securing trades to do this in a timely and well priced manner. Tom Cross, the leasing consultant, was so thorough in keeping me informed about all of the applications. I was apprehensive about it all at first but I can only say the process was seamless and do recommend Valley Estate as managing agents for your investment property.
