A truly fantastic agency team!

After having some less than average experiences with agents out of state, when our rental property in Gillieston Heights came up for rent we interviewed so many agents in the area to make sure we were in good hands. BOY did we make a great choice. Nicole and her team at Valley Estate Agents are hands on, proactive and true gatekeepers of our properties. From fast communication to high quality tenants, detail oriented tech based inspections and reporting, as well as the friendly, accountable and accessible team at the ready. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality, morals and standards of VEA. They are avocators for both tenant and landlord (which is so important), full of up to date knowledge and take the stress out of property investing. Things always pop up with property management, but I feel good knowing that when they have, I know about it quickly with an offer of help and its not swept under a rug which keeps all parties happy.
