Principal

About Breanna

With over 20 years’ experience in Business before Breanna started her Real estate journey, she has an abundance organisational skills and an ability to proactively manage multiple priorities. Her integrity and professionalism coupled with her business improvement background underpin the high level of quality service she offers to our clients. With areas of experience including sales, operations, accounting, business development and head of department roles, coupled with a wealth of personal experience in being a tenant and Landlord as well as buyer/seller. She has been on every side of a property transaction and can guide our clients through all the steps of the process with confidence. Her experience to date has inspired her to create and develop a service model not yet available in Property Management. Providing compassionate and exceptional quality service to both Landlords and Tenants alike is the core foundation of why Vasile Property Group was created. Breanna is a mother of one teenager – Callum and two active girls – Bella and Gigi. When not spending time doing copious amounts of laundry or just watching a movie on the couch, she may be spotted around the suburb with a wine in hand chatting to her Mum friends or walking the dogs – Alfie and Luna. She insists teaching her children the value of giving and being as involved as possible in building strong connections in the local community. Breanna volunteers with running events and fundraisers for the children’s school and volunteering with her daughters Gymnastics Club for fundraising, competitions, and Judging. She will also get involved with as many charities throughout the year as possible. Despite what may seem like an overscheduled and chaotic lifestyle, Breanna is well supported on the home front by her partner and extended family to ensure that she is always available to our clients and committed to ensuring that managing the tenancy or sale of your property is always a top priority.

Best agent ever

We used Vasile Property Group services recently to rent out our investment property. Immediately after I contacted them, they provided me excellent support and also shared their extensive knowledge of the local rental market. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection. Couldn’t be more than happy from the excellent service that I have received. Big shoutout for Breanna for her great performance. Highly recommended!

Best Estate Agent I’ve Ever Known

I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!
