This is a Rooming/Share Accommodation Agreement and not a whole house tenancy.
In accordance with Queensland's strict fire compliance regulations, the tenancy is strictly single occupancy and is governed by House Rules.
Your rent includes electricity and water, with free internet provided for your convenience. Some properties with reverse cycle air conditioning may have individual meters installed, with consumption charges passed onto residents.

This room includes a Desk, Lamp, wardrobe, chest of draws and a window seat - the tenant will be required to arrange their own bed. This Room also has its own private ensuite with a shower, vanity and toilet.
LEASE LENGTH AND PRICING
We accept either six-month (6) or twelve-month (12) leases. We do not accept shorter periods, and the price does not vary depending on the length of your lease. All prices are inclusive of your electricity, internet (including Wifi) and water. We love pets but unfortunately our share accommodation isn't suitable for pets.
