Room 2 is a standard-sized room furnished with a queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, and essential furniture. The air conditioning in this room is individually metered, and tenants are charged separately for their personal usage.
Your internet, water, and general electricity (excluding air conditioning usage) are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.

LEASE LENGTH AND PRICING
We accept either six-month (6) or twelve-month (12) leases. We do not accept shorter periods, and the price does not vary depending on the length of your lease. All prices are inclusive of your electricity, internet (including Wifi) and water. We love pets but unfortunately our share accommodation isn't suitable for pets.
