Friendly and knowledgeable

Vanessa gave us an appraisal of the unit to help set our expectations, which exceeded what other agents had stated. She had sold several other properties in the same complex which made it easy for us. A couple of contracts fell through however Vanessa didn't let us lose hope. She kept in touch with other buyers who had expressed interest, and we sold within the expected range. Vanessa was easy to discuss things with and kept us informed along the way.
