Professional, friendly and knowledgeable

We were referred to Trent through our neighbour who also listed with him. We were keen to have him review our place and let us know what needed doing before bringing it to market. We weren’t expecting to sell quickly, as properties on boat only access don’t suit everyone. So our plan was to do a few minor tidying up jobs before listing, then get photos and a marketing campaign organised. Then wait for the right buyer. Our expectation was that it would take about 12 months. It didn’t - it took 2 days! Trent had a buyer already on his list, and introduced them to the property the day after we signed up. (Before even taking the photos or organising the marketing campaign!) And the next day contracts were signed. Quick, simple, and professional.

Wonderful experience

Trent came with a good marketing plan great ideas about what to do and a good client list. He was personable competent knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We sold in 2 days!
