•In this transaction Adam represented the vendor, however his role as intermediary during negotiations could not be faulted, and his "after-sales" service in terms of access to the vendor and the property has been excellent. Adam's response times to issues could not be faulted. I would use the services of Vernon Partners, if i were to offer a property in the area to the market.
