Adam has a friendly nature. He and his colleague Shelley McShane provided sound marketing and sales advice during the preparation stage of placing our unit on the market. Their team of stylists converted our much loved small but overcrowded unit into a vogue apartment worthy of our asking price. The online marketing webpage designed by Adam and Shelley created interest within an hour of going live with 3 contracts being issued prior to the first inspection. We sold our unit after the first inspection date with the buyer agreeing to our asking price. Adam organised our solicitor, who we found to be again very approachable.
