The agents are not on time when responding to emails and takes a lot of time to resolve issues. They never answer the calls after the lease is granted and if you ask the reception they never know anything as they are third party which is understandable. You have to send thousands of emails for each issue and if you don’t it will not be attended. Can not book an appointment because all the agents are always busy and if you work 5 days a week there is no way you can get to the agents because they are not available on weekends. Overall they rush to grant the lease but after that there are delays.
