To trust or not to trust an agent that's the big question
sadly I trusted the agend as I got told that there was no live termite in the building and all damage was fixt, So one was as fare I found was correct as I did not find any termite activity But the damages had not been fixt as I have fixed and found lots off damage and hope that I now got to the end off it summing the hidden damages up ............but it is what it is
