As an agent, I found Patrick to be very professional and transparent (rare in any agent), and not pushy (which was very important to me). Patrick listened and understood our objectives. In turn, we trusted in his sales strategy, pricing and valuation. He pursued leads in a professional way, complied with his disclosure obligations, and at the end of the day he was able to pull off a successful sales campaign riddled with difficulties, including a pretty heft special levy that an incoming purchaser would need to deal with. Would recommend him any day - took away the dread on engaging agents on our part.
