Nick, is an experienced agent and demonstrated a sound knowledge of the local market. He provided us with an estimated selling price and then went out and achieved it. He communicated regularly throughout the sales campaign and when we had some opportunistic low offers he was confident he could secure an offer more in line with market value which in the end is what he did.
