Vision Property has managed our investment property for 8 years - we have always found them to be very polite and extremely helpful in all aspects of managing our property- nothing is ever a bother. They always respond to correspondence in a very timer fashion. As an investor that lives interstate, we rely heavily on them to ensure that our investment is maintained is a suitable condition - they conduct inspections regularly and in great detail - sending us report and photos and they are very diligent to ensure our tenants look after our property and pay on time. I have other friends that also have property in Hervey Bay who have also moved their properties to now be managed by Vision on my recommendation.
