Communication

Communication has not been great, having to send multiple emails and phone calls to get a response, longest wait was 11 months for a minor issue to be resolved and still waiting for major issues to be fixed a year and a half later, this with having a change of agent 3 times in less than 2 years. Responses received have always been professional.
