Candice was brilliant to deal with whilst buying our first home. Nothing was too much trouble and the prompt communication throughout our journey was excellent. Candice was always willing to be very helpful, liaising with both parties’ solicitor's and was very pro-active in following up on all our multiple and varied questions. Given we were based in Brisbane, Candice was also very understanding we were 3.5 hours away. Through the pre-inspection settlement and settlement process Candice was very accommodating and flexible re timings. We also loved her direct, friendly and honest approach along with her in-depth knowledge of the Hervey Bay market which was invaluable.
