Professional, friendly and truely refreshing

My partner and I were blown away by the professional, personal, and friendly nature of Reece, Moses, and the team. Our previous experience buying a home had been draining, so when we were looking to upgrade we weren’t exactly excited about dealing with real estate agents again. Initially, we were planning to buy land and build, but we came across a home we really liked and decided to take a look. At the open home, we were greeted by Reece with a genuine handshake and warm welcome. He didn’t try to “sell” the house before we’d even looked at it, didn’t pressure us to hand over our details, and instead just took the time to have a chat. It was such a refreshing and pleasant experience. We hadn’t planned on making an offer, but the more we reflected on the way Reece handled everything, the more confident we felt. Eventually, we did make an offer, and with some back and forth it was accepted. Throughout the process, we never felt pressured — the team calmly communicated the seller’s expectations and helped work through any issues that came up. Everything was clear and well-organised, and it never once felt stressful. Overall, it honestly didn’t feel like we’d just purchased a new home — the whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend Reece, Moses, and the team highly enough!
