How a tenant manager should act.

Jess is so good to deal with. I had taken in two housemates at my previous rental and voluntarily sought to have them approved as tenants. This was so poorly handled by that agency that it caused us to be removed at the end of the tenancy. I’m 79 and needing knee replacement surgery, so you can imagine what an ordeal that was. On the other hand Jess at Vyvid Real Estate is so co-operative and informative and helpful. So we three are very happy to be renting through her and their team now.
