Excellent decision to sell with Stephen

We highly recommend selling with Stephen. We met Stephen twice. The first time was a year prior when we were considering the idea of selling. Stephens professionalism made us keep him in mind until we were ready to sell. From the time we were ready Stephens communication was excellent. Stephen was realistic and managed our expectations well re the sale price,and he managed the process (staging, open homes etc) seamlessly. The best thing is that he would call and message to give us regular updates so we weren't left wondering. We are really impressed by Stephen (now we are trying to buy else where and we can definitely say other agents don't communicate well at all). Thank you Stephen for all you did for our family.
