These homes are available for purchase and relocation and will be sold via public auction at 6:00pm on Tuesday 2nd December at the Lismore Heights Sports Club. Please note the LAND IS NOT PART OF THE SALE.
A condition of the purchase is that homes are relocated to sites outside of Priority 1, 2 and 3 areas as mapped by the RA. This mapping can be accessed from the RA website together with additional information on the purchase and relocation process.
There will be no reserve price set for the auction. A deposit of $1,000.00 or the total cost if less than $1,000.00 is payable on the auction night.
