These homes are available for relocation and will be sold via public auction. This auction will be held at the Workers Sports Club in Goonellabah from 5.30pm with 6:00 pm start on Tuesday 3rd March 2026. Please note the LAND IS NOT PART OF THE SALE.
A condition of the purchase is that homes are relocated to sites outside of Priority 1, 2 and 3 areas as mapped by the RA. This mapping can be accessed from the RA website together with additional information on the purchase and relocation process.
Please note a new condition is all purchasers will need to specify a proposed destination site that they own or are able to locate the home to.
There will be no reserve price set for the auction. A deposit of $1,000 is payable on auction night or the total cost if the sale price is less than $1,000.
